Under his leadership, the Latin-American Company has become one of the America's highly regarded Latin American consulting resource, since its founding in 1988. Ruben has an extensive professional career working in the US and Latin America in top CPG companies such as Mondelez International and The Coca-Cola Company in Sales, Customer Management and, Commercial Strategy. After a +25-career trajectory, Ruben has had the opportunity to work with a vast number of Coca-Cola Bottlers, US, Latin America and global retailers and distributors from multiple channels including Convenience Stores, Food Service, Traditional Trade, and Entertainment, among others.
He has successfully delivered business results over years, developed mutual growth strategies with customers, led large teams, worked with multifunctional teams, and built solid personal and professional value-based relationships with multiple key stakeholders in different industries.
Ruben holds an MBA in Global Business Management from Thunderbird School of Global Business Management (Arizona State University) and Tecnologocio de Monterrey and has a Major in Marketing Management.
Ruben, his wife and his two daughters live in Atlanta Georgia. He enjoys working out, running, cycling and outdoors activities.

Fernanda has a 25-year career at The Coca-Cola Company Brazil, excelling in roles like Finance Business Partner. She has also contributed to two tech startups and a family-run tourism business. With deep expertise in assessing financial viability, launching products, forming partnerships, and M&A, Fernanda has been instrumental in guiding business decisions while managing financial and operational risks. She held Administrative Board positions in three Coca-Cola System joint ventures. Skilled in leading multidisciplinary teams for high-profile projects like the FIFA World Cup and Olympics, she blends financial acumen with an agile, collaborative approach. Fernanda Correa holds a degree in Business Administration, a Postgraduate degree in Marketing, and is fluent in English, Spanish, and her native Portuguese.
With extensive experience in the consumer goods segment, Claudio has worked in national companies, family controled or publicly traded, as well as multinationals from different origins. He held Vice-presidency and CEO positions in companies, both in Brazil and in Latin American countries, such as: Coca-Cola, Cervejaria Molson Coors, Bauducco, Parmalat, Grupo Constancio Vieira, Vonpar, Brasil Kirin and others; experienced processes of restructuring, redefinition of strategy, turnaround and growth. As an executive, he also participated in Board positions in companies with governance processes already structured, as well as those in the implementation phase.

Milo Cogan is General Counsel for The Latin-American Company, and is a Partner at FisherBroyles, LLP, the Next Generation Law Firm. His practice consists primarily of commercial litigation and dispute resolution, and he is admitted to practice in all Georgia courts, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, and the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. He is also President and Board Member of The Coromega Company
He is a member of the Georgia Bar Association and the American Bar Association, and is AV rated in Martindale-Hubbell.
José C. Carvalho is a Partner at the LatinCo and serves as the Executive Vice President; Mr. Carvalho also serves as a key member of the LatinCo's Advisory Board.
In the 1980's, Mr. Carvalho was President and CEO of J.C. Consulting Ltd., an operations management-consulting firm dedicated to serving numerous Brazilian enterprises, including Coca Cola, The Coffin Group (Coke Bottler), The Brazilian Industries Associates, VIPART, as well as C.I.E.C. In addition, Mr. Carvalho led the strategic planning and campaign development and execution of Senator Dr. Jones Santos Neves, a constituent to Brazil's National Congress, where Senator Neves was elected and re-elected for a second term.
